this user was ramming, overtaking chases, swearing, and talking foreign language in the main chat, the timestamps are below:
10:03 - He didn't try to avoid that car that stopped next to the road, he hit that user instead.
10:14 - Hitting another user by wrong siding.
14:37 - He doesn't have the intention to slow down for my chase.
14:41 - Hitting me, i thought i got hit by other cops.
15:30 - Ignoring sirens which he rammed me and Ganji, also insulted me instead of apologising.
