A bottle of glass cleaner, and a bottle of rim cleaner. Now I should be able to properly remove the brake dust, inside and outside. The whole inside is completely dark grey - black because of the brake dust.

At my school, GM usually donates cars since it has a specialty program there, but we've been getting quite a few older VW's (like mine) this year.
