Time of Incident: 3:45am
Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): at the timestamp of 3:30:02 i was overtaking a group of users on the right, but when it's time to overtake him he suddenly move over to the right, without notice nor indicator, I understand this is a minor issue, hence didn't speak about it after the end of my chase in tc city driving discord call and he replied that he was moving over and didn't saw the siren. and when he did, he started moving over hence that accident.
