Time of Incident: Between 17:40 and 18:40 utc
Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): The incident started with him climbing the tower-structure near sand pit while in chase. Fortunately after some talking he decided to come down. Some time later in same chase, he drive OOB and escaped. He did not care at all that me and angel talked to him. Later he sweared, avoided swear fine multiple times, insulted and rammed. Despite of my efforts of talking to him, he did not show any interest in improving his behaviour.
Timestamps:
11:50 climbed tower, me and angel told him not to, he responded with "i am chatting lol" and came down eventually
17:08 He went out of bounds, despite of me and angel told him to go back, he ignored and escaped by driving away. I tried to talk to him, but at 18:32 he responded with [CENSORED] off
28:09 He rammed ohran head on
32:35 Everything after this timestamp is worth watching
32:43 When i chased him for drivnig wrong way, he responded with: "can u f off", he also wanted my paypal to give me 5 dollars to "f off"
34:21 Rammed me head on, nothing interesting after that.
