Delivery Service Suggestions - Moonlight.Neko - 2022-01-05 16:35 After reviewing manual, there's a note that MED/RES/TOWS/COPS can do deliveries. 1. Med/Res should be able to deliver MEDICAL SUPPLIES or ORGAN TRANSPLANTS while on duty. Possibly to Premium Supporters only. And TC Members can review if Med/Res allowed to this delivery with Blues and 2s or not. 2. Cops should be able to transport PISONERS while on duty. Possibly Premium Supporters only. 3. Tows should be the ones delivering car parts. 4. Multiple pick up and deliveries based on vehicle capacity. Thank you. In real life there are transport ambulances and transport police vans, so player could be one of them, but then, he will not be able to respond sos calls, and chase if prisoner is onboard. I think its a good way to do it. And yes, irl transport ambulances use sirens when transporting organs and blood, always. When transporting patients, sometimes, depends. About multiple deliveries, totally yes Multiple pickup, no cus its not realistic RE: Delivery Service Suggestions - sezski - 2022-01-06 01:39 Quote:1. HOWEVER (yes I'm going to be the person to say it, and yes I am also aware that the server is a separate service from the game) the idea of paying for the service seems unreasonable to me, being that not everyone has the spare money, nor the means to do so. I also don't think it would bring the right image about [TC] Gaming being that it has never been a pay-to-play service, simply donations accepted to assist in running (which is what that little tag of yours that you are talking about is from, paying a donation, not to gain anything so the idea to me seems sus). When I'm in my tax-free millions of petty cash, I'll happily donate more than just the £15 base fee to keep the services running however, I'm afraid I don't see that happening anytime soon. Quote:2. Tows should be the ones delivering car parts. As for this, I could maybe understand scrap parts, etc, but I don't see this being realistic in any regard whatsoever. Parts are typically delivered by part suppliers, whether that is to the business market (garages and so on), private consumer market, food markets, or any other imaginable market - just no... it wouldn't happen in my nightmares let alone in real life, and hopefully not in-game. If we would like to see things like this I would suggest research into where these sort of things come from, where they go, etc, etc. What I would suggest, to add to this is that if any of these went ahead and performed correctly, is that training possibly be supplied on correctly performing tasks rather than a free for all rampage event 24/7. Overall if anything is taken from this, it's th anything is taken from this, it's tat these need to be thought through extremely well, in-depth, and carefully. Only reason suggested for supporters role is because there is no ranking system for med/res or would suggest a specific rank needs to be unlocked in order be to transport under blue light conditions. More so to add more realizim especially after the recent updates to insim. And more so to not have others abuse the system and only run these kind of calls/missions. RE: Delivery Service Suggestions - Moune - 2022-02-27 23:22 med/red/cop should focus on their roles, not on delivering things. MEd/Res is voluntary and has no incentives. This suggestion is for Med/Res to make money in between SOS shouts. Sometimes it can be 2 minutes between SOS calls, and an hour. So it gives them the opportunity to make money, and also do something in between shouts. RE: Delivery Service Suggestions - Felipe Jardim - 2022-03-03 03:39 I did a bus route as [COP] the other day, thought it was funny. back to the subject. If chuck adds a job for COP roles like transporting prisoners, it would be nice to have two other cops joining in as "escorts" and a team of players could disrupt the convoy to break out prisoners. like boxing in the transport for a certain time period....that would be a fun mini-game lol |
