Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):

At 0:26, i was trying to break and avoid crash into ' MaxHeadroom ' and sadly i failed and i just sent ' hh ' and then immediately apologzied for that hit

he kept spamming on PM about pay me now i lost 500 euros and i wasn't aware about his pm too much i though he was like laughing or asking about somthing, everyone was having fun earning money from the ball etc...

At 5:12 he saw me and tried to block me as an revenge, i tried also to avoid because i have FULLoffroad set

at 5:54 you can clearly see him full speed into me even after i was flat-out, didn't even apologized or anything

At 6:30 i saw him following me flat out trying to hit me again, so i just parked to see if he ram me, and he did


i said ' really dude? '

and you can look at his response full caps anger and rudeness

What prise doesn't say in the report is that we both (and others) were in a game, basically hitting a ball to get moneys. We both just left pits with new cars, since they get beaten up a lot from the game.

A few firsts corner after pits i get hit by him in the UFPickup (me in a rb4, so he's a lot heavier), and i end upside down, unable to move. Of course i really did not think he would abandon me there to either have to wait for 5 minutes, or pay up for the pitting. We all want to get back quickly to hit the ball...

I try and locate him to ensure that he's to flip me back, but quickly understand he will not, he just left and couldnt care less about me. Since i just left pits i get quite annoyed for that, i didnt get the same "hh" feeling. So i try to get his attention. And again. And again. And again. I want his attention to at least talk to him. But he dont respond.

That really pissed me off even more, to basically do a hit and run and ignore. If it would be fighting to hit the ball, sure... But now it was like 10 secs after leaving pits, in a corner we're both heading same way.

Edit: It's not my proudest moment in the game, and I acted in the heat of the moment. Still, I feel that I deserved better treatment, a "hh sorry" shouldn't be a walk free card. Common sense to check out the havoc you cause.

Thoese coreners that you took clearly like big long truck and almost crashed into barriar before me avoiding hitting you by an accident, i laughed ' hh ' because everyone literally HAD fun PITing others and the ball, you could've called tow or just wait for 5 min, there was 1 TOW and 1 COP that exiting from spawn that could help you towing, but no, you decided to be annoying and start spamming and revenge hitting me not only once but twice without apologizing and act like a fool in this situation.

Because that is your assumption, or do you really asked everyone and written down their answers if everyone were having fun earning money from the ball etc... ? I had fun for the most part, but its also within its own reason. Stuff like what you did to me did take fun away.

I tried to not loose money after all, and to immediatly need to pay for pit (or loose time in the ball game = frustration + money) after just getting a fresh car, because someone else made wrong...

But, the annoying and spamming you say wasnt really a problem for you, since you wasn't aware about my pm too much, you though I was like laughing or asking about somthing, correct?

If you just answered ONCE....

Hi,

Taking into consideration the conversation in this thread, chat logs, and the provided replay, I have concluded the following:

Since prise_20 had apologized for the collision with MaxHeadroom which led to him being flipped, MaxHeadroom's claims about losing money because of the time spent while being flipped do not justify his rams towards prise_20.

One note to MaxHeadroom, instead of revenging, if you believe that someone has ruined your gameplay, you can simply create a forum report if you have enough supportive evidence.
