ba7o is using unacceptable force to stop his suspect so a warning would be nice

Hi,
As you have reported him twice in-game, I'm not going to take any action this time. You also had an admin in-game there but, instead of contacting him, you headed to the forum and created a report thread. You could have also developed a more mature dialogue instead of intimidating him to report.
For the future, consider talking a bit before reporting. Also, if an admin is online, use !tc <message> command for report rule-breakers.
