since kumail gonna be in this case I'll explain in Arabic so it can be easier for me
the main reason for reporting astraxan is: while i was Afk astraxan came into the pit and rammed me
كنت مفجر الاطار ال الامامي عشان ادخل بكره وافر فيها وانبسط والشيء ذا اخذ وقت كثيير تقريباُ ساعتين ونص عشان ينفجر الاطار وطبعاً مصفي الطبلون وحرارة الموتر 150 وفلنهايه جا ذا وخرب موتري وصدمني وقبعني ومعاد اقدر اصلح الموتر لنه اذا صلحته بيتصلح الاطار وكل وقتي راح علفاضي ونزل كوند الموتر الى 3, فنهايه يصدمني من مخه لنه مايعرف القوانين السيرفر وغير كذا جديد باللعبه ضروري يتحاسب

I've been driving at least 3 hours just to blow up the front tier also you gonna have to be full speed and that reduced my car cond and then I get rammed when I was afk, by a newbie who joined tc a week ago...

Since there is another ongoing report for the same player, the following decision has been taken considering both reports:
astraxan has been banned for 4 days for ramming and ignoring sirens.
