Descrition:Claff ramming in chases, and when chasing E.Ozols he rams him before the real chase has began. This behaviour continued even when people said he is ramming and he denaid that he didnt.

3:04:32(start of the chase on E.Ozols)
3:05:03(hits him before the official chase has begun)
3:06:06(huge head on ram witch in my opinion was avoidable)
3:06:16(another head on ram)
3:07:44(another acceptable ram)

After the chase E.Ozols asked why he rams him, CLAF answers: no ram.

Im reporting because i had bad experince with him too, but i couldnt get my replay so im using my friends one.

I watched pretty much the entire chase.

User was not using audible siren when he should've been
User was using an unacceptable level of force on multiple occasions

Regarding the possible use of force prior to "fail to stop" message, I will disregard this since I think there are more relevant/serious violations. In any case, he will be encouraged to re-read the cop rules/manual.

His cop licence has been revoked for 7 days. After 7 days, he will need to pass the cop test.
