Cop was driving at 60kph in a 120kph zone, so I overtook him while travelling at 100kph.
I don't believe this is careless driving.

I find it kinda funny how he decided to fine you for careless while overtaking appropriately. Yet moments before, he decided to cut the corner across the grass...
