Incident Information
I was driving on my own and Dynamic blocked the road and refused to give space. Also there was a chase behind me and thanks to Dynamic he refused to give the way to chase so it ended with a huge accident.

Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):[/b]47.00 everything happens in 1 minute. I only report Dynamic for his insensitive behaviors. I dont have priority over the road but cops do so I think he should have give the space.

Well what a waste of your time and mine...

Dynamic didn't cause any accidents.. Driving slow isn't breaking any server rules. Players do not have to move for you because you're honking...

Dlocky should had slowed down and seen what was ahead. Very poor decision making from this user.

I suggest you have a hard think before you report next time.
