Please be patient. A small ban will be issued for 3 days for Otto to be able to read and understand the rules before returning; there is no excuse even that that Otto is new. User only has 4 hours gaming time, however seems to drive around the track just to merely interfere with other peoples gameplay. Many incidences of general rule breaches, not moving for siren, interfering, minor nudges borderline ramming, wrong way driving, not even looking. Main ban reason: 1.2. Do not crash or ram other cars deliberately. I would also urge other people on the server to use the !report function, where a forum report isnt enough. It is picked up on if a user has been !reported in a short period of time by many users, and also gives us a general idea what each user is like when making decisions. Thanks for your report.
