- Refund request (Denied by BP) - Robis - 2022-10-27 22:26

Your LFS Username: dezign

Time & Date of Incident: 27/10/2022 - Somewhere between 7 and 8 PM.

Replay / Screenshot Link: https://youtu.be/h2qYOM2YWMQ

Replay Timestamps: First time probably can watch through whole 2 minute video.
0:37 - You cannot see the car over the top even from 3rd person view. So there's no option to react to this and pull to one or the other side.
1:18 - Person's at fault speed at the moment of collision.
1:25 - My speed at the moment of collision.
1:50 - Right after chase force spec and message about Safety Rating not being enough for this class of cars as an evidence that hit was big enough to restrict me from driving multiple cars.

Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: Was running from the police, but kept myself on my side of the road and didn't break the rules. I would like to not agree that because of someone else's mistake, other person must be restricted from having fun the way they want. The amount of time I'm forced to spend gaining my SR back, I would rather like to spend driving those fast cars. I think (I'm not 100% sure) but they might be between 7-10 SR.

RE: Refund request - Chuck - 2022-10-28 04:09

While we cannot refund SR, nor do I think we ever will, I want to point out 2 things here:

- You may not have broken any rules, but the fact you were going 56% over the speed-limit gives you a partial blame. Whether the SR system was there or not.

- The lost SR for going 250kph would be around 8.7%.

The outcome in this case surely wasn't ideal. However, we are thinking of solutions.
