Hi Heavy,
The user seems to be new player with only 1 hour of gaming time on server, but from replay i saw he ended up causing other accidents than just yours. He will be given confirmable warning for when he next time joins that he shouldn't ram and reading rules would be good idea, if he intends to play on this server.
