1:58:45 - im being chased by an UF1 cop and trying to play around with him by pushing slightly into the gravel then Raghunathan comes and rams me in the rear sending me flying, obviously on purpose. Then when i try to get out of the sand pit, he blocks my path and helps the cop to bust me which is clearly interfering with the chase. Cop fines me 300 for trying to run away and Raghunathan says no sorry and doesnt send me money (ye sends 6 eur, 294 left) after i asked him to compensate for that shitshow that he did. We did some friendly ramming before but there is no reason to break rules and help cop to bust.

I really didnt think you cared for the small sum of money and you literally typed "gg" in the chat when I touched you first, you then typed a smiley face and said "rag noob kurwa" when you could have said "stop" and I would have left you. Anyways, my bad for interfering in chase.
I was considering it a "meme" chase since you were pushing a tiny uf1 into the sandpit while being in a much faster car. Additionally, you were involved in friendly ramming on an empty server as you mentioned yourself with gt4tube and me.
Apologies for thinking that it was friendly banter I have sent you 500 virtual TC monies if it matters to you. I truly thought we are all adults here and this is just friendly fun. I am very sorry you missed your opportunity to outrun a uf1. I will ensure that I keep my distance from you.
I hope none of the admins will have to subject themselves to the 2 hours of replay and this is an amicable settlement.

I dont mind friendly banter and ramming when not in a chase. But since some random cop chased me i wanted to mess around with him and not end up being blocked by your big truck. It wasnt a plan and i didnt expect you to interfere with the chase either just for me to get busted and wrecked. That is not fun in my book.

I didn't expect a switch in personality when you are in a chase vs not in chase. You were still using words like "raport" instead of report which led me to believe you were kidding. As I have said before I gave you more money than you demanded when I figured you are serious. It was my mistake for breaking the rules.
