Hi, i checked the replay and from what i can see the crash was caused because you were cycling in the middle of the road, going towards right turning lane until you suddenly swerwed back to the left lane, probably because you reacted to scooter passing you from the right. HALOJA seemed to try avoid crashing with you by steering towards the curb which made him bounce back in to his lane. I don't see why he should be punished when the crash would have been avoided if you would have kept your bicycle on your own lane.
