Me and forzakin gets rear ended by Japon at speed.
Japon sends a sorry-bind directly after.
I ask him about the incident and his driving.
I get no serious reply, no feelings of guilt.
He then wants me to check replay, I then disconnect from server and check mpr.
Directly after, I connect to TC 1 to talk with Japon again, without success. Japon disconnected.

If Japon was apologetic, this report wouldn't exist.

I am willing to drop this if I get an apology from Japon.

When he says to you to "check the MPR", my understanding is that he is trying to tell you that he already apologised for the accident which he did. But I don't believe this was an accident, this was mindless full throttle into traffic very close to a braking zone. Looked like he was trying to fit through a near-impossible gap which was closing quite quickly.

Whilst this was very stupid of him, you could have just used !report in-game for this one-time incident, it would have saved your time and my time.

I'll make a note of this event for future reference though thanks.
