Jeff has received a confirmable warning for intentionally ramming you.
In future, I expect you to attempt to speak with the user instead of going straight for a report against them.
I would also advise that you are more considerate when drifting as the situation could have been avoided had you not been drifting across both sides of the road, not to mention your poor driving after having a near-miss with another vehicle near the end of your replay.
