Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): I was chasing user tnt25, and he then asks if he can have a pitstop. I tell him that he sure can, but I will bust him. He then proceeds to wish me death. He failed to speak with me after the incident.

So the thing is:
I was being chased and everything was going fine - till one guy (I believe Thunder) crashed me at traffic lights - he had red and I had green. I politely asked for a pitstop and didn't receive an answer from another cop. I couldn't really turn so after Sheep caught up with chase I asked one more time for a pitstop. Deaky being cop2 didn't let me do that but I was still waiting for cop1 response. cop1 timed out so I asked - once again - Deaky for a pitstop. He said "ok" and later "pit but I will bust", which u can even see on his screenshot. I might have overeacted, but Deaky didn't want me to apologise. "He failed to speak with me after the incident" - bro, you clearly didn't want me to apologise - you just asked me for "anything to add". I don't consider telling anybody to kill themselves good or valid - even in anger and I apologise for saying that. At the same time I think you didn't act elegant aswell, but instead of letting whole situation go, you were the one that decided to make forum report

This is not relevant, and FYI a COP does not need to respond to any request to PIT.

Actually, he said 'ok' and then almost immediately afterwards said 'pit but I will bust you' - you then proceeded to pit knowing that he would bust you, which he was perfectly entitled to do. This was acknowledged when you told him to bust you, but you then continued with the words 'but kys pls'.

He did say 'anything to add', but you have avoided the conversation that followed which you have helpfully provided to me from your replay. Afterwards, you said 'what are you waiting for me to apologise or wdym' and he replied 'Yes want to choose any others words apart from "kys"?'.
So actually, he 'clearly' did want you to apologise and he gave you a reasonable opportunity to do so. Considering you have also assumed that he may have been waiting for an apology sufficiently demonstrates to me that you knew exactly what you did wrong.
In any event, why should you have to wait for someone you told to commit suicide to request an apology from you? It is ultimately irrelevant.

Had you apologised at the time, I highly doubt this would've made it to the forum and in turn wasted my time. I appreciate that you have finally apologised, but in this case I think you fully know as well as everybody else that you had actively chosen not to apologise. Even now, I have still not seen a direct apology to him. I also do not appreciate how you have attempted to mislead what has actually happened instead of just owing up to it.
Considering this and your past history, a short term ban will be issued. Hopefully you can come back having learnt from this.
