user was being toxic and trying to pick up a fight

4:01:09 after a successful bust raged and deliberately pushed me into the barrier

Description of §outh Incident
South was obviously trying to help the suspect [6s] mheta to escape by blocking the way and throwing the fence at us
12:17 south started to camp us but failed clearly from the camera view f12
12:59 was waiting for us to throw the fence
14:35 south helped mheta by blocking the way immediately after passing the suspect
36:17 While I tried to talk to him to find out why he did that, he acted afk and wasn't interested in talking back
37:01 conversation ends

I've been attempting to go over this report quite a few times now, but it's simply too difficult to understand it fully. In order for us to process it, one of two things has to happen:
1. Edit the report so it's broken up into segments that explicitly deal with each individual and outline the incidents you want us to look into more concisely. The language barrier on top of the referencing back and forth in the report are making it very difficult for us to see the whole picture, so it has to be more structured.
2. Have someone more proficient in english assist you in editing the report in its current form.
I understand that you put a lot of effort in to this and I'm sorry that we can't properly assist you, but we can't continue before the above has been resolved.

"Turtle reflex" was stated a considerable amount of time after the chase had concluded. So long, in fact, that I'm relatively certain it wasn't in relation to that. Furthermore, I'd have a hard time viewing "turtle reflex" as an insult.
Regarding the barrier, this also was a considerable amount of time after the bust and you were chasing him again in a new car. You attempted to get alongside of him and he directed you into a barrier. While this by many is considered a dirty tactic, there is nothing wrong with the maneuver.

Yep, clear as day. Unquestionably actively interfering with a chase.

I'm not sure about this one, as I can't see how constitutes racism. Pandering to a nationality is mentioned, as well as discussion religious beliefs, but as stated, I can't see any racism or insults for that matter. It might very well be because translation doesn't carry over inflection or true meaning of the words.
The only wrongdoing I see in this report, is by South, who will be issued a ban for his conduct. If you feel something egregious has been missed out, feel free to PM me or report the matter again.
