Random challenges - Marty_Deslions - 2023-07-14 09:51

I'm not sure if this idea is easily possible with the insim, but what if every now and then there are random challenges where people have limited time to participate and try to rank up. The winner/winners can receive some money.

Here are some idea's for challenges:
- Highest top speed
- Longest distance
- Longest distance in reverse
- Longest distance without stopping
- Most delivery's
- etc, etc..

An additional condition for the challenge to start can be that the server needs to have a minimum amount of players, for instance. Lets say minimum of 35+ vehicles in a server. Another option is to vary the reward to the number of participants. So if you're in server 2 with only three ppl there, and you win, you receive maybe 50 euro. If you win in server 1, with like 40 ppl, you'll win 300 euro.

Another option would be that these challenges do not initiate on their own, but only when an admin gives a command.

I suppose it would make sense if there were some sort of daily challenges that you could do and that end/change every day. Picked randomly out of pool of challenges.

Not a bad idea but you would have to come up with such challenges that don't interfere with the normal operations of the server.

- Longest distance in reverse, for example would not really be a suitable challenge for TC because you'd have to restrict the challenges to the roads so that people don't just circle backwards in a carpark somewhere. That's just a small example.
