25.35

I was blocking you that's right, but I am not the one who forced you to drive on the left side of the road and I am able to drive next to you while it's not against the rules, I haven't pushed you to the barrier. That's a photo from your replay of the one thing that I did which's (PIT) as per the video provided in the cop guide, it isn't against the rules in the same timestamp you provide.

32.49

Again a photo taken from your provided replay shows in the bottom right how you hit the brake pedal so hard to avoid the PIT, sure I am not going to read all your moves and it leads to continuing the PIT into your doors.

32.53
you can blame Scawen for the physics but stop blaming me for the PIT.

BTW all of the comments reference my own POV. admins could have another opinion.
Good luck Wink

Please be patient, we will reply shortly.

The first timestamp is nothing. You could've taken basic corrective measures to avoid crashing yourself.

However, later on it looks like J-- is trying to PIT you while you're very close to a solid wall. It is not possible to perform a successful maneuver in this case. There is no room for the suspect to spin, so the suspect gets directly hit into the solid wall. This could be seen as uncalculated or illegal.

I'd like J-- to confirm he understands what I mean by this, and hopefully he will be careful to not do this in future.

Could be understandable BP if I did it in any case else, but I guess you've already seen the chase and maybe you have noticed most of the chase he kept driving close to the wall to avoid getting PIT, so I tried to PIT him when he got a few spaces away from the wall; In the first photo I upload he was a bit away from the barrier in the second photo he also was a bit away and in that case, I could make the suspect spin when I touch him and keep accelerating to his trunk like if you see the GIF that I provide for 2nd timestamp he was already going to spin but he steered to the wall with full brakes to avoid it; using PIT while the suspect is having a few spaces away from the wall, in that case, could be the best moment to achieve for these kinds of suspects driving next to walls and leave me with no chances else.

No action taken based on this report alone, but I'd recommend calling backup or holding off, rather than performing maneuvers which may skirt the boundaries of acceptable force.

No action has been taken as explained
