52:52.00-user started to follow my chase as u can see on replay

53:02.00-user interfering into a chase by ramming the suspect and me which causes my car to flip over

(DISCLAIMER: as he rammed me and suspect he immediately left the server, and after his friend told me that he joined the server and didnt know the rules of the server and atm he told him to read rules so he may not have any consequences, and his friend told me NOT to report him because he is new player)
