54:58 - I fall over before 'CHASE', [COP] Red/Stock then deliberately hits me while I am on the floor. This canceled my !getup and damaged my suspension. [COP] Red/Stock refused to talk.

The cop made intentional contact with your vehicle prior to fail to stop (verified via chatlogs). This is clearly against the server rules. User didn't seem to care too much about it.

I would kindly request that thatyorkshireman tries to remain a bit calmer following a server grievance. It will make things easier for admins to evaluate.
In this situation, even after the chat situation calmed, stocksontop showed he was unwilling to explain himself. For this reason, his licence will be revoked. He will be able to re-gain his licence as soon as he passes the [TC] World cop test (also costs 2,500 InSim EUR). A confirmable warning will also be attached.
