Thanks for the Report.
First off after looking at the replay i noticed that you collided with a biker and didn't apologies, there was plenty of time to do so before zgonko96 started to ram you after you drove away.
Second zgonko96 has been issued with a 60 day ban for their actions. This is due to going back in the replay and seeing that they hit a biker without apology and ignoring sirens and ramming a cop. aswell as a history of other offenses.
