Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
2:27:40.00 - Laysa is driving on HW1, sees me parked and turns in to fully ram me while I'm parked as a cop.
2:27:58.00 - Laysa clearly acknowledges what they did by honking at me while driving past me. Clear intention to ram me and no apology after.
After this ram TC Luke joined where he warned Laysa multiple times about pitting during a chase, and also ignoring admin instructions. He returned them to spawn multiple times, warned and eventually kicked Laysa. Luke had to leave before giving any definitive punishment and recommended for me to follow up here about the ram.

Apologies I did not have time earlier, it was a quick swing by and I ended up dealing with what I could.
This user is brand new. They appear to have weak / no English. They did ram you and I think did know what they'd done, but hadn't read / been able to read the rules.
I have issued a confirmable warning in Portuguese and English. Any further incidents will be dealt with severely.
