- Reporting Suskun068 (Report Archived by Dale) - Marty_Deslions - 2024-02-03 13:19 Users Involved Your LFS Username: Marty_Deslions Their LFS Username(s): Suskun068 Their In-game Nickname(s): SusKun068 [COP] Incident Information Date of Incident: 3/2/2024 Time of Incident: 13:55 GMT+1 Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): Timestamp: 11:30 I was driving on a road with another player driving behind me. All is well. From the left there comes a police car in a chase, which I notice (abit late but still), and I slam my brakes. The person behind me obviously didn't calculate my braking and smashed into me, causing me to smash into the cop car hard. What happend next is interesting. I explain that I braked and the behind behind me didn't (in time). The guy behind me apologized. But the cop (Sunkun068) seemingly still felt he needed to !report me, eventhough he could just talk. He even could have talked to an admin who was online at the time. Sure if the person behind me wasn't there, I might still have crashed into the cop, thats my bad, I admit that and I apologize for that. But I'm not taking the blame for what the person behind me did. I don't blame the person behind me, it was an accident, but I'm not taking the blame for his action, and I surely won't accept a !report from Suskun068 for that. I respectfully request you to delete this hasty report from my URS done by Suskun068. And in terms of Suskun068... He seems kinda new, he joined just a few months ago. It's up to you what you do that. I don't really care too much. Evidence Replay / Screenshot Link(s): https://uploadir.com/86406/ihLOu97b3D Status: Investigation Process. Please be patient, we will reply shortly. Hello, I've had a look at this, and you did everything in your power to stop. as you said I think you may of hit the cop anyway, but the driver behind you made the situation 100x worse by not braking intime and hitting the back of you, however the SIREN should of been on your screen to brake earlier. as for Suskun068, even though you were in chase you need to be aware of other traffic, you were joining a road, and cant expect users to magically stop still when you're in chase. "5.1. Road Laws Cops may break road laws only in case of a chase or joining a chase. Be sure not to put other players in danger. Try to drive on the correct side - only go on the wrong side when necessary." This rule relates to this, especially the part highlighted. As such I don't think the !report was warranted as both parties in this instance were 50/50 to blame. No action has been taken as explained
