I was banned for 30 days and I won 18,440 from bingo but I was fined 297 thousand and my ban is still ongoing, please have mercy.I will never do this again I need money please Please, I would like the postponed days or penalties to be reinstated.

You cannot make another unban request for the same ban.
You have two options:
1. Wait for the ban to end (1 month)
2. Appeal (see above URL). Read the conditions before doing this
I would strongly advise you wait out the ban.
