Description of Incident : watch 2.18.45 you will see everything. There was an overturned truck on the road, so I opened a hazard sign, but he ignored it and hit the truck and other vehicles in a ridiculous way and continued on his way. ( btw he didnt flip the truck )

2.18.45:00 : BigDOA rams through stopped traffic, hitting a car and a truck that is on its side.

Yes, this is a ram but in this instance, I think it did more good than bad. He opened the road for traffic but this does not justify ramming. Still, I have reasons to believe that frustration and lack of patience play a role in this case. For this reason, BigDOA will be issued a Confirmable Warning about ramming.
