Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): 20 seconds (around 15:10.00) before the end of my replay, the player in question (MONTANELAS) drives towards the traffic light and rams [FIN]Soppa. At this point Soppa is sent directly in me. What makes me think he is using crash hack, is the fact that his speed remains unchanged, his direction is unchanged, but our positions on the map were significantly changed. It is possible that it is just ping, but ping is not describing his overall driving and recklessness.

I watched him throughout the entire replay (mostly in fast-forward mode) and I saw nothing suspicious or concerning until the very moment you are reporting.
I do not know if it was some LFS glitch or player networking issue, but I do not think there was any malice or illegal tool involved. There was no sign of any aim or hesitation when driving straight through Soppa, leading me to believe the reported user genuinely did not see him on his screen.
Unfortunately you saved the replay almost immediately after the crash, therefore the replay does not show any dialog between you and the reported party. You also did not mention in this report about talking to the user. I will therefore assume no notable dialog occurred.
I will note this on his record, but not willing to take any action beyond this.
