36:15.00 She suddenly jumps onto the road and causes an accident.
41:05.00 We have an accident on the road here, it comes from behind without even braking and causes accidents for many people.
Note : I didn't care at first, but in the second case, I'm making a complaint because it was completely careless. ( By the way, I am leaving a download link since I cannot access the evidence upload site that appears in the sample reporting. )

You posted it in the correct place, but you have not used the template provided. In this case you are missing information that was required. By using the template provided, you can ensure that you are supplying all the information we need to process a report.
