25.33.26-He makes an uncontrolled pit shot at me and I take great damage. He doesn't even apologize afterward.
25.38.70-He started hitting me, I think he was hungry. He doesn't apologize.
26.09.39-He attacks me as if he saw fried chicken for the first time in his life. He doesn't apologize.
26.18.13-It hit my front right wheel and caused serious damage. He doesn't apologize.
26.26.94-[DNR]He hits the police officer named Ahmet[COP] and does not apologize.
26.55.99-He hits me and pushes me into the sand and I get stuck there.
26.59.20-[DNR]Ahmet[COP] dragged me to the police officer and I hit him.
Description: I think this cop is newly licensed. I don't think he has enough education. He also doesn't apologize after bumping into someone or anything. He didn't read the rules.

I have watched the replay timestamps provided and found the following:
25.19.31-I imagine the cop didn't expect you to stop so suddenly, after you both entered the grass. This is a bit of a non-incident.
25.33.26-Cop carries out a well controlled pit on you. Your car ended up hitting a barrier, damaging your suspension. 5.4.b The direct impact of intentional contact should cause very minor or ideally no damage to either car.
25.38.70-This was and attempt to try and move you towards the barrier. It did not cause damage to your car.
26.09.39-This is reasonable force and in the remit of a cop's use of force.
26.18.13-This hit to your front right bumper caused damage to your car. It was not needed to be this hard, but I'm not sure it caused such serious damage. 5.4.b The direct impact of intentional contact should cause very minor or ideally no damage to either car.
26.55.99-This wasn't an issue and if anything, your ping / car physics created a strange interaction between you and Ahmet.
The ending to the chase was fine.
With regards to "Description of your conversation with this user(s) about their conduct, including their reaction to your messages:":
All you said to him was 'IM REPORTING YOU' followed by 'bad cop'. This is not good enough. You are expected to have a conversation with the other user, and hopefully come to terms with each other so that you do not have to report them. You also have the !report function too. Reporting on the forum is a LAST RESORT, when a situation cannot be resolved at all in game. It is disappointing that you felt the need to go straight to the forum, when this user did not even have the chance to reply properly.
I will give this cop a warning for making contact with you that caused disproportionate damage to your car. This will be a light warning, as I think this report barely meets the threshold for a forum report.
If you submit a report again with such a lack of conversation with the reported user, I will deny your report.
