The two users did not follow some of the rules, and one of them used racist language against me or against one of the Arab nationalities.
33:02 I started chasing ''tunahan2454'' who was using police config and He hit a biker and didn't apology.
35:52 The user "kaankull" came to fast and try to overtake my chase, I didn't notice him because I was trying to do a pit maneuver.
39:10 User ''tunahan2454'' drive into barrier on purpose to cause a mess Then he drive wrong way on the autobahn to escape , the weird thing no one respected the siren in that time

i said to KaanK61 - 1.5. Stay away from chases. Do not follow/overtake/interfere.
Then he said in 36:37 " VM.K3s[COP] - suriyeli it ''
And that means "Syrian dog" I mean why would he say that I'm not Syrian and they are not dogs.
39:10 The user ''tunahan2454'' After going WRONG WAY and escaping unfairly He said ''Ez AHAHAHA NUB''
and Then the user ''KaanK61'' said ''hhhhh max suriyeli''
I try to make him understand his falt by saying " La vida Rocco! - you know you cant go wrongway on the autobahn ?
his answer was "damaged my wheels''
I tried to talk to him again about the rules and if he know it and he didn't answer me

33:05 tunahan2454 hits a biker and refuses to apologize. Later, tunahan2454 replies "lmao" when the biker shows he's been reported.
35:35 tunahan2454 u-turns into hw1 almost hitting another person. Everything between these timestamps have shown very poor and careless driving skills.
37:00 tunahan2454 hits yet another biker going wrong way, no apology anywhere.
39:10 tunahan2454 begins driving wrong way down HW1 causing near misses and eventually escaping.
39:48 tunahan2454 begins laughing and calling the cop a "nub", displaying clear ignorance of the server rules.
kaankull:
35:54 kaankull attempts to overtake the chase ignoring sirens.
36:40 kaankull insults Khaledalshihry calling them "syrian dog" in turkish.
40:10 kaankull once again types to provoke: "hhhhh max suriyeli"
Furkanuyn61:
33:31 Kai der Brecher almost crashes into the chase as a result of poor driving, then begins crashing and pitting into Furkanuyn61. Then Furkanuyn61 attempts to catch up to try and revenge crash? and ends up crashing into Kai der Brecher, who then as a result crashes into the chase. I don't observe any remorseful action.
39:00 Furkanuyn61 and Kai der Brecher fail to slow down for sirens, causing a big crash that ends up flipping Khaledalshihry. Both of them begin to drive off as if nothing happened.

33:50 Ramming another player
36:32 Kai der Brecher pits yet another random person, almost causing a big crash with oncoming traffic.

Verdict:
tunahan2454 will receive a strong confirmable warning for crashing players without apologizing and for driving wrong-way on the autobahn to escape a chase.
kaankull will be banned for 5 days for insulting other players, overtaking an active chase and not speaking English in mainchat.
Furkanuyn61 will be banned for 5 days for intentionally crashing other players and overtaking a chase leading to a chase-ending crash.
Kai der Brecher will be banned for 7 days for continuously ramming other players, refusing to apologize and ignoring sirens leading to a chase-ending crash.
