Please be patient. First thanks for your report, I'm going to instate a warning, this will inform the user what to do next its the last straw before issuing a ban, looking at record and think user thought is was ok. Will contain information regarding rules, and for him to read them. Was very close to issuing a ban, but dont think its appropriate. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report.
