24:15:00 - I had to go the wrong way because a cop was blocking the lane and I didn't have time to return to my lane.
24:22:00 - I tried to avoid the cop by slowing down and changing lanes, but he switched lanes deliberately and rammed me.

Miechu22 most likely intended to crash into you and has had their existing 7 day ban extended to 14 days for ramming.
CGTYKSY55, You had enough of a chance to return to the correct side of the road, however you continued to drive on the wrong side.
For this you have received confirmable in game warning.
