We were entering to the Pit area and they were leaving to the pit area from the wrong way.

Based on the video you provided, The COPs and the suspect are permitted to proceed in the wrong direction temporarily and either cut across or make a U-turn, as illustrated below:

It seems that the loss of control and spin-out you experienced occurred at an unfortunate moment, coinciding with their use of the Safezone exit/entrance.
Rest assured, no rules were violated in this instance. No action will be taken.
In future please provide a replay as short clips do not always paint the bigger picture.
