Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): video: 04.05-tunahan2454 "Sıraç, I'll *Removed* you too, you *Removed* who's taking advantage of the crisis" is swearing at me. As seen in the video, there are many more swear words. But I am complaining about the user named tunahan2454, he cannot swear at me. It can be seen that the users who swear in the video are not following the rules. I think the !ch and !pm commands should be taken away from them.

Hello Sirac,

The date of 7.8.2024 seems incorrect as dark01 was already banned on 6.8.2024. Please provide accurate date and time in UTC (UK Timezone).
After checking the .mp4 provided and translating several of the messages I have come into a conclusion.

tunahan2454 and a04bc_ will get their private message privileges removed due to insulting and swearing in !ch.

dark01 and Epicproes are already banned for same behavior from the exact same day so no additional action will be taken against them.

I did not see any issues with EfsanelerUnutulmaz, no action will be taken against him.
