Lifted from Discord to here

I think a more simplified auto action can be implemented. Perhaps the insim detects the foreign language (management will have to manually list certain phrases or words in a blacklist), and if there is certain number consecutive words stringed together, or lines of chat in foreign language, the player gets an in-game soft reminder to speak English.

The tolerance for 1st trigger detection can be adjusted to how sensitive or strict the rule wants to be enforced.

The reminder/warning then could just be a simple chat /msg like "A reminder to speak English language in main chat, or use !ch".

Then a second trigger - a hybrid of the chat detection AND combined with a timer bound. So if user continues to speak non-english, for lets say a mandated "hot" period of 5 minutes (300 insim sec), with no English sentence in between... then admins get pinged.

However if during and then after those 5 minutes no further foreign language was spoken, then system resets for the next 1st trigger detection. Hence it will not be too invasive or sensitive, and with this, has fully passive incentive and enforcement for players to speak English.

Plus, it avoids the issue of auto-greet or foreign greeting text. One can whitelist singular words to not trigger this detection system. (Note1: This should be separate from swear filter. Foreign swear words are an entirely different subset)

System would be entirely automated and would only require admin intervention on the 2nd trigger. (Note2: a CSV or API can extract the insim info and be linked to a Discord bot that can vomit/print all the triggers that occur, so admins can view and determine if he/she is physically needed in the server. So false triggers by spam or trolls can be ignored on purpose if deemed so). In future instances of development perhaps additional measures to curb trolling the system can be implemented, either thru an auto fine or other server admin action.

This is much more feasible I guess? Just going by what our modified Airio module is capable of though. Pretty sure TC insim is more extensive and customizable.

Hope this suggestion is more well-thought through, looking forward to hear opinions.
