Thanks for the report,

I looked through the replay and it looked like he hit someone and accidently clicked a bind instead of a sorry bind.
That said what he said was completely unacceptable as it goes against 3 rules:
1.1 Respect other players
1.7.a Swearing, insults, racism, abuse and otherwise offensive language is not tolerated in our servers.
1.8 Speak English in public chat at all times.

As such Sir Speedy has been banned.
