There are 11+ other threads amongst yours. It is not being ignored, the cars are just added in periodic 'waves'. Should the car be suitable, it will be added to the dealer.

thanks for the explanation peepoHappy just curious, what is the period for the waves for future reference? i wanna buy it as soon as i can if it gets added (its one of my favourite irl cars)

There's no real set timeframe. I believe when Chuck notices there are a bunch of vehicles to be added he will sit down and do a load of them in bulk. I'd expect this may be added within a few weeks.
