Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): Mikerov cuts into a ramp meant for oncoming traffic. FIRAT R. follows him in but I don't (as mentioned in the MPR, I asked Yung about this ramp yesterday) and I lose the chase.
27:05 - chase starts
37:15 - He cuts into the ramp, I pull aside and tell him to stop.
42:20 - after FIRAT R. leaves mikerov's front open as they were going up the ramp, he goes back down the wrong way
43:05 - I start talking to mikerov
Description of your conversation with this user(s) about their conduct, including their reaction to your messages: Ahmed and I talked to him about it after what was a sketchy chase, and he was a bit dismissive. Maybe he assumed that the ramp wasn't on the wrong side?

Hello,
mikerov did drive on the bridge wrong-way. That means they were driving on the wrong side on the Autobahn.
Therefore, mikerov will be given a warning for breaking the following rule(s):
10.0.1: Do Not drive on the wrong side of the Autobahn
10.0.1.a: Driving wrong way on Autobahn sections is strictly forbidden, even during chases.
