1:27:29.00 - User starts to tailgate me.

1:28:17.00 - User rams to me and that leads me to crashing to 2 people.

Description of your conversation with this user(s) about their conduct, including their reaction to your messages:
After the timestamps, I tried to explain him that he could pass me on right instead of ramming but he just said to me i'm "lane hogging" and that's illegal in "TC rules" but i researched and it's not an illegal thing.

nobody said that lane hogging was 'against tc rules', i did not ram you deliberately, and correct i did not want to undertake you.

Hi, thanks for the report.

oliwier3 was aggressively tailgating you, looking for conflict. While you could have diffused the situation by moving right, ultimately this crash was caused by oliwier3 tailgating you and trying to push past in too small of a gap.

oliwier3 has been banned.
