19:25 rams first cop from the back
21:35 rams me from the back
33:20 rams me from the back
35:18 rams me from the back
36:47 rams me from the side
38:34 destroys the suspension of backup cop

these are the instances of him ramming me, the 2 other cops cars were totaled due to his driving and ramming

Just while we wait for an admin to claim this, I would be personally grateful if you could fill this point out properly.

As admins, we want players to have some sort of dialog with rulebreakers prior to making a forum report. In some cases it could possibly be avoided depending on the user's reaction to your messages. The answer to your question does not make it clear whether or not he ignored any communication attempt from your side.

If no one mentioned any rule-break to him, it is quite natural that he decided not to have a conversation about it.

Answering the report format questions properly allows us to more easily establish priorities especially if there are several unclaimed reports at once.

Oh yeah sorry for the misunderstanding, I tried to communicate with him after the chase, telling him it wasn't OK what he did, he didn't respond at all.

Hi,

After opening the replay, abdullahlfs37 can be seen driving with a lightbar on, as civilian.
Moving on to the timestamps in post #1.

MPR Notes:

Lag was involved, but the suspect intentionally drove into robo1990's rear.

Quote:21:35 rams me from the back
Another intentional hit, with high speed. Didn't cause too much damage though.

Quote:33:20 rams me from the back
Suspect probably wanted to trick Nexoon, ended up crashing them. Lag involved again, amplifying the force.

Quote:35:18 rams me from the back
Intentional rear end crash, caused more damage to their car than the cop's, still should not be done.

Quote:36:47 rams me from the side
Suspect hit Nexoon to make them crash into the barrier end.

Quote:38:34 destroys the suspension of backup cop
Likely intentionally pushed passionTUL towards barrier end, resulting in heavy suspension damage.

Conclusion:

I see you did try talking to him after the chase, thank you for that.
abdullahlfs37's driving and usage of force against cops was not okay, and it's not their first time.
Therefore, abdullahlfs37 will be banned.
Action has been taken as described
