Incident Information

Date of Incident:19.11.2024
Time of Incident:21:00..

Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):at exactly 45:00:00 into the replay he deliberately boxes me into the wall while i was understeering, him using me as his brake of some sort.
at 48:55:00 they are pursuiting me with my car almost damaged out of steering.
at 48:55:46 speed(1st cop in pursuit) is crossing to the left of me and is on the apex of the previous turn, indicating that he is trying to do something.
at 48:57:22 speed does a pit manouver in order to slow me down.
at 48:57:27 luke sees my car being pitted and sideways across the road, he raises his gas pedal slightly though he does not press brake.
at 48:59:37 luke starts braking while still holding on his throttle slightly.
at 49:01:19 is the time of impact of me hitting the bus stop causing me to slide on the road where luke is driving.
at 49:02:53 is time of impact of luke hitting me rendering my car unable to drive and sending me from a barrelroll on my roof and straight into a wall where they busted me.
The previous events caused my car to be exceptionally slower than the cars chasing me not making me able to run after being slowed down.
According to rule 5.4.b "The direct impact of intentional contact should cause very minor or ideally no damage to either car."
Luke saw the opportunity to brake 5 seconds prior to the crash and didnt let go of his gas pedal until the impact happened.
I want to get some of my money back from the chase.

Description of your conversation with this user(s) about their conduct, including their reaction to your messages:luke wasnt going to talk to me in proper manner he told me "its no need to refund, it was perfect pit", making me think that he does not understand what they did.

The only point I am uncomfortable with is that since you include a TC admin in this report, it will be looked at differently and it will take longer.
I'm not going to make any defense about the report. It's pointless to go to the report after the TC admin says there is 'no problem'.

Hi,

I've reviewed the replay timestamps.

The contact between you and Speed in the first timestamp did not break the rules, and was not worth mentioning.

The remaining timestamps are close together, and again no problems with any of the cops' conduct.

Speed's PIT maneuver was well-executed. There was no direct damage, however you did hit the bus stop a few seconds later, which would be indirect damage.

Luke then unintentionally hits your vehicle as he did not accurately predict where your car would end up. A lot of cops would have made the same mistake. It wasn't a big issue, and he acknowledged it with a sorry bind. Even before that hit, your chances of winning the chase were practically zero, so ultimately it made little difference.

I think you are misreading the rule you quoted. I will put some important words in large bold letters.

Cop Force Rules Wrote:The direct impact of intentional contact should cause very minor or ideally no damage to either car.

As a side-note, at 47:25 you are wrong-siding on the Autobahn. Please be very mindful of this rule, as it does also apply while being chased.

You are not receiving a refund. When you run from cops, you risk getting busted.
