Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban: First of all, hello, I will summarize the incident briefly and briefly from the beginning to the end TC Adrian warns me first of all that I am dangerous and too much in the wrong lane and I continue my driving by taking his warning into account and then a chase starts and in the chase I am constantly thrown into the wrong lane by the police officers If you watch the times I mentioned in detail, you can see this clearly, they constantly hit me extremely hard in the chase and try to knock me out and constantly throw me into the wrong lane as much as I can I try to save by maneuvering but unfortunately the cops don't allow this and they still try to catch me with hard hits and at the end of this chase I get caught and adrian tagged me and said I watched your chase from the beginning to the end and your driving is still the same and you are driving carelessly, although I apologized over and over again, he banned me for 2 days for reverse lane and ramming and ignored the cops' mistakes in the chase, so I think this ban is unfair and I demand it to be removed

Let's start with a few gifs:

What do we see here? Three very similar situations. Of course, the place they took on differs, but the cause and result are the same. You willingly, without anyone else forcing you, went on wrong side of road and caused heavy crash with oncoming car. It is quite obvious you failed to check the map before doing so (or you just ignored oncoming traffic, which would be even worse). We will get back to those gifs later on.

I agree that not all force used by the cops during this chase was correct. If you want it to be looked into with more detail feel free to submit forum report. This is an unban request, so let's focus only on your ban.

You claim that in chase cops "constantly" push you into wrong lane. In the timestamps you provided it can be seen that indeed it is a case a few times. But is that really the only cause of you ending up on wrong side of road and endangering other drivers during that chase? How about the timestamps listed below?

And those are only timestamps from your last chase. I didn't bother to check rest of the replay, I guess a few more situations similar to these could be found there. The most important of the listed timestamps are the bolded ones with underline. Those are incidents where you weren't lucky enough and caused collision with oncoming car. In second one you didn't even apologize for it.

It's also worth to mention situation that happend at 54:42. You came way too fast into this section of track, as result you ended up on wrong side of road, where other car was oncoming. I would say that was also totally your fault (I'm not talking about contact with a cop moments after, that's a different story).

The situations mentioned above are strictly related to your wrongsiding. But are those the only ones that ultimately lead to your ban? Not really. Take a look also at:
  • 50:00 - You pull out onto the road, fail to give a way to oncoming traffic and cause heavy crash. You didn't even apologize for it. Please remember that as a suspect you do NOT have priority over the traffic.
  • 53:32 - You brake too late and hit the car on the bridge. Of course, he shouldn't have pulled in front of the chase like this, but nevertheless you should avoid hitting him, you had enough time and space to slow down earlier. Moments later you hit him once again. You didn't apologize for any of those hits.

In your description of events there is one important detail missing. Two hours before the warning, I also issued you UF1 restriction. The reason was exactly the same: wrongsiding and ramming. Thoretically it should have served as a first warning.

So now let's get back to three situations showed at beginning of my post and place them on one timeline with other events. All of this happend on the same day.
  1. 15:12 UTC - incident 1 happens (not included in your replay)
  2. 15:16 UTC - another incident happens where you failed to slow down and heavily hit slowly moving vehicle - you didn't even touch the brakes although the vehicle was in your sight for over 3 seconds before the collision!
  3. 15:17 UTC - you were issued 45 minutes UF1 restriction for above two incidents
  4. 17:24 UTC - indicent 2 happens (18:32 in your replay)
  5. 17:30 UTC - you were issued a warning for incident above and a few other incidents, where you nearly crashed other cars while wrongsiding - you were informed this is your final warning
  6. 17:55 UTC - indicent 3 happens (49:16 in your replay)
  7. 18:18 UTC - you were banned
What is the conculsion? Neither the UF1 restriction or final warning changed your driving style, so they were ineffective. Therefore I had to issue a ban. Please notice that indicent 2 happend after UF1 restriction and incident 3 happend after final warning. But their nature is identical as incident 1, which was exactly what brought my attention to your driving.

Unfortunately I can't be at home right now so I won't be able to give a long explanation. Yes, I am aware that I have been driving in the wrong lane a bit too much lately and I admit it was a mistake due to distraction and not being able to focus too much on the game at that moment and I apologized to the people I hit one by one, also in the gif you posted 2nd and 3rd. my car was damaged, I didn't take the corner much and I wobbled but if you ask the people I hit none of them complained and they all know me so I don't think it will be a problem. this is the 2nd or 3rd ban I have received on this server. I try to drive as careful and clean as I can, but as a human being, some of our days are not good and I can not focus on the game too much, I will say that those who know and love me in the game know my driving and if the people I hit are reading this article, I apologize again, I would be happy if you unban me Smile
