He (MERTS) pulls of out of nowhere and (I was COP role at this moment) I did hit him because I didn't expect it and I cound't react in time.
Seems like he tried to merge into the road but he didn't look around first.
That caused an accident and I chased him for that.
After that chase seems like he was mad about it and I got full speed ram for that...

I had a look at the replay and I can see that MERTS pulled into your path as you were driving, the way they drive makes it seem they wanted the impact.
As such I've given MERTS a warning.
