1:39:30.00 PlaxMill - yeka rules 1.5 1:40:00.00 also
1:39:36.00 yeka Deliberately hit the suspect
1:40:17:00 yeka - PlaxMill They are trying to block the road so that the suspect can escape.
1:40:20.00 yeka - PlaxMill Causing an accident in order to end the chase and for the suspect to escape.

Also I found that Yeka causes a lot of trouble. 1:33:00.00 ww to pit save zone 1:33.51.00 causing the accident

Hello, thank you for your report. It's important that these kind of players are dealt with, even when no admin is present online.

Both players have been banned for ramming, ignoring sirens, blocking chases, and general reckless and silly driving.
