replay number 1:
1:57:20 - Beginning of the whole situation with this user, it was caused by an accident,
we have sincerely apologized for it and pay'd compensation. He is angry that his car was damaged(condition %)
he says at 2:02:15 that sorries dont buy new cars, later he as he clearly intentionally follows us and ram's us,
he says sorry clearly trying to like "abuse" the system like thinking saying sorry lets you do whatever you want.
2:03.50 - He says "So basically, i go get a crap car, just pursue you and crash you everytime and always say sorry" -Which he will do
2:09.05 - Clearly intentional wrong way ramming.
2:13.10- He tries to kill a biker here for some reason.
replay number 2, right at the beggining of the replay he's waiting for bud to move. Also notice how he is following us to harass us.
1:25.00 - following bud, waiting for him to getup and rams him right after he gets up.
1:34.00 - Intentionally ramming bud.
2:14.00 - Another intentional ram as bud is repairing his bike on pit stop, Johny just rams him
9:16.00 - Lightly rams bud, i know its nothing but he is intentionally following and bullying us.
11:15.00 - Rams bud again.
19:45.00 - Hits me off the bike
21:39.00 - Rams me... again
28:20.00 - He says he reported us
24:44.00 - Still harrasing me, goes infront of me and brake checking

15:28.00 - still harrassing... brakechecking causing me to fall
16:43.00 - brakechecking me again
17:12.00 - again, brakechecking me and i fall.
19:40.00 - as i fall over, he pushes me so i cant use !getup, i getup succesfully inside his car which causes me to fly out of bounds.

Hello Frank,
Since Johny is a new user on our servers, I will issue a in-game confirmable warning reminding them that deliberately ramming or crashing other players is against our server rules.
If the same behavior is observed upon their return, rest assured a harsher punishment will be applied.
