- 1.34.30: when the chase starts
- 1.47.x: when the chase ends
as you can see on the replay i did absolutely nothing wrong to be punished with a high fine. this is what astraxan does to everybody, he thinks he can high fine as he please, he doesnt even know the rules which is concerning considering that he is a cop for a while now. and this isnt his first rulebreaking im pretty sure

-1.44.16 for absolutely no reason he says -thats a high fine- and then he high fines me when i ask the reason of the high fine he couldnt give me a reason told him that he cant do it and then he says -you think so?- i dont think i need put more words to it because its obvious he is unaware of the rules and he does this all the time
