Additionally i do understand that being a cop is not all about the money however i am trying to build my ingame progress and would love to request that 300 especially since a cop license is an investment on its own.

Thank you for this report, and sorry for the delay.
ThomasLfs has received a confirmable warning due to stunting in chase, since Thomas is a new player and not very familiar with our server rules.
About the refund, unfortunately we do not refund the chase money in such scenarios where the suspect wins a chase unfairly.
I don't think this will bother you very much since you are a very skilled cop and can earn a good amount of money very fast
A quick tip for you: if some scenarios like this happen in the future, make sure to tell the suspect to stop and come back instead of threatening to report your suspect. Sometimes the outcome can be different.
